How it works for property owners.
We deliver a restored trailer to your land, connect it to power, water and waste, and hand it over ready to photograph and list. From there, you manage bookings through whichever platform you use.
Terms range from a single season to a rolling annual placement, with buy-out options available if you decide to keep the unit permanently once it has proven itself as a listing.
