On site
Artist Green Rooms
Private, air-conditioned space backstage with sofas, mirrors, fridge and a door that locks — the thing riders ask for and sites rarely have.
Festival Bars
Serving hatch, twin ice wells, glasswash and back-bar lighting, staffed by our team or handed over to your bar operator on arrival.
VIP Camping
Sleeps two to four in proper beds with hot water and power, pitched inside your boutique field as the upgrade tier that sells out first.
Guest Hospitality
Sponsor lounges, guest-list check-in and crew welfare units, all built into a trailer that reads as a feature rather than site infrastructure.
Site Dressing
A polished Americana centrepiece for the main thoroughfare — signage-ready, lit at night, and the most photographed square metre on site.
Built for build week,
not for brochures.
Independent festivals, city takeovers and multi-stage weekends have run our trailers through mud, heatwaves and 4am get-outs. We arrive with our own towing crew, ground protection and a spares kit, because site managers do not need another supplier to chase.
Where our trailers turn up
Somerset in June, the Highlands in August, and every county show, city takeover and boutique weekender in between. We have worked greenfield sites in the West Country, urban events in Manchester and Bristol, and Fringe-season programmes in Edinburgh. Named festivals appear on our schedule through production partners — we do not claim official partnership with any of them.
Running a private event instead? The same trailers cover weddings and celebrations, and you can see the full range of builds in the gallery. Need the bar without the camping infrastructure? See our mobile bar conversions.
For wider context on the UK festival sector, see the Association of Independent Festivals.
Anything inside four weeks depends on what is already committed. We hold two units back from the summer diary specifically for late production changes, so it is always worth asking.
